Skinny Texas Cheese Fries (Healthy Alternative) To satisfy my cravings for Chili's or Outback cheese fries. These have 1/4 the calories but taste almost as good. Garlic Cheese Fries Garlicky cheese sauce: 2 ounces cream cheese 2 tablespoons milk 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar DIRECTIONS: Melt the cream cheese in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Whisk in the milk, garlic, oil and salt. Stir in the cheese until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add more milk as needed. Serve fries immediately, drizzled with cheese sauce.
