      Beef with Broccoli (Crockpot) Recipe In a small bowl, combine consomme, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. In a cup, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to crock pot. Stir well to combine. Blanch broccoli florets and add to the crock pot. Stir to combine. Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes on HIGH or until thickened. Serve over hot, cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired

      Crockpot Beef Broccoli - 1 lb beef chuck roast; sliced, 1 c beef broth, 1/2 c soy sauce, 1/3 c dark brown sugar, 1t sesame oil, 3 garlic cloves; minced, 2 T cornstarch, 2 c frozen broccoli, white rice; cooked. In crockpot, wisk broth, soy sauce, sugar, oil and garlic. Add beef, toss and coat. Cook on low 6 hours. Whisk cornstarch and 4 T of juice from crockpot in bowl. Add to crockpot, mix well and cook 30 more min. Toss in broccoli and serve over rice.

      Beef Broccoli (Slow Cooker) Cook on low for 4-6 hrs. 1 lb. boneless, beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips 1 cup beef consumme or beef broth ½ cup low sodium soy sauce ⅓ cup dark brown sugar 1 tbsp. sesame oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp. cornstarch 4 tbsp. sauce (from the crockpot after dish is cooked) Frozen broccoli florets (as many as desired, I believe I used almost 2 cups) - add with constarch slurry and cook for additional 30 min. White rice, cooked

      Crock pot beef broccoli. Lowered cooking time to 4 hours. Subbed coconut aminos for soy sauce, coconut palm sugar for brown sugar and arrowroot for cornstarch put half an onion, some sliced ginger, and fresh cracked black pepper to make it tastier.
