If you like egg rolls, this is amazing. I bag coleslaw mix 1 lb pork sausage 2 cloves garlic minced (or garlic pwdr) 1 tsp ground ginger Salt to taste 1/4 c onion diced Brown the sausage in a large skillet and add the other ingredients right on top. Cover and cook on the stovetop about 5 min on med. remove lid, stir/toss and taste. Finish to your taste/texture preference.
Crack Slaw Low Carb Recipe Pam Notes: I always use a packet of Stevia instead of sugar. I also mix and match ingredients based on what i have on hand. I usually use fresh chopped Cabbage (green & red) instead of Cole Slaw mix. I also like this with ground pork and extra ginger to taste like egg roll filling. I usually add broccoli, too.

Peach Ginger Slaw from the July '12 Southern Living. Really good! It makes a ton so we're having the rest tonight with grilled chicken. I used Savoy cabbage instead of bagged slaw mix since I'm cheap and it took like a minute to cut. I usually make Scott Peacock's slaw but this is a great recipe for peach season.
