Apple Squares. Like a cross between snickerdoodles and apple pie. I substituted more apples for the walnuts. Also made a double-batch and put it in a 9x13 instead of a single in an 8x8, bake 30 min. I got lots of compliments and couldn't stop eating them myself... great for non-chocolate-lovers, goes well with hot apple cider.
Apple Pie Caramel Apples. I tried these and although I made a huge mess out of my kitchen in the process, they were delicious!! They tasted like the ones from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. But in the recipe she said to use white chocolate...WRONG...I used white almond bark. You could also probably use the vanilla candy melts they sell in the cake decorating section of A.C.Moore, etc.
