    Sausage and Cream Cheese Breakfast casserole ~ 12 eggs, 1/2 c milk, 1 lb breakfast sausage, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 can 8 oz crescent rolls, 2 c shredded cheddar cheese. Heat oven to 375. Beat eggs & milk, brown sausage. When cooked add cream cheese and stir to combine. Add egg mixture.Take an ungreased 13X9 baking dish and press down 1 can unrolled rolls. Pour egg and sausage mixture on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and top with remaining rolls. Bake for 25 minutes.

    Breakfast Casserole This is close to my moms breakfast pizza except it is missing the bag of thawed hash browns and she ups the eggs to 7 instead of 5. It is what we have on Christmas morning and look forward to it every year.
