Scandinavian style Christmas' are lovely!

Antique spun-cotton ornaments on a "new growth" antique feather tree

I am in love with little glitter houses... and the perfect way to display a village without using a ton of room.

I would love to do this to our tree in the front of our house. I need to find some large plastic ornaments.

Gorgeous, add alittle peanut butter and roll in birdseed. The birds will be thankful :-)

Add fillers to make the tree look fuller; you can use green tinsel, artificial spruce garlands or green tulle or netting, woven into the branches

A blown-glass pinecone decoration with a rust-colored, wired woodgrain print ribbon and rustic bells and feathers. Very nice.

Such a beautiful tree ~ Love the use of garland, and the coordinating color scheme which includes the gift wrap AND the room.

Love this Christmas tree from Cottage Living! In order to complement the grass cloth wallpaper in this living room, a more organic approach was taken for the focal point. A woven basket serves as the tree’s base, stockings are made from burlap, and an old, antique wheel covered in garland gives the mantel a country-Christmas vibe. (Photo: Monica Buck)

I love how the swag is on top of the mirror, using all the space above the mantel to decorate.
