1 cup Brown or green lentils
3 Red onions, medium

Condiments

1 Squeeze Lemon juice, fresh

Pasta & Grains

3/4 cup Basmati rice

Baking & Spices

1 (1-inch) cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Peppercorns, cracked black

Oils & Vinegars

1/2 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Pine nuts
