Dan Leader's 4-Hour Baguette. Maybe it's because I didn't have a baking stone, or maybe I didn't cook it for long enough, but my bread did not come out as crusty as I would like. They made cute demi-baguettes, and took about 5 hours start-to-finish. Great soft crumb and medium-sized holes.
