Chicken and Green Chili pasta. Made this for dinner last night and holy cow, it was good. I used chicken that I had cooked the other day with just salt and pepper, so I added cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the sauce. I also used some pepper jack cheese with the monterey jack to give it a bit more of a kick. Everyone LOVED it - definitely a keeper.

OK, I actually made this but cut back on spices since it was my first time - out of tomato so used drained mild Rotel letting it sit in fridge so flavors can meld - Harris Sisters GirlTalk: Southwest Pasta Salad

Only four ingredients...chicken breasts, bacon, brown sugar, chili powder. Bake at 350. So addicting and delicious!
