      shrimp and fresh corn grits recipe ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! Variations: After cooking a package of my home-grown, frozen corn, I drained off the liquid to use in place of the water when preparing the grits (you may need to add some water to get the amount of liquid called for). Also: I used 3 sausages instead of just 1.
