Red Beans & Rice in the crock pot. You don't even have to soak the beans. I will be trying this one this week. I tried this and it turned out great. If you're short on time use 3 cans of redbeans and then cook in crock on high for 2 to 3 hours.

Place beans in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover beans by 2 inches. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. Drain and rinse beans.
