PINWHEELS 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese 1 (1 oz) pkg ranch dressing 2 green onions, minced 4 (12") flour tortillas 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced 1/2 cup diced celery 1 (2 oz) can sliced black olives 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese In a med mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese over the cream cheese mix. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap in foil. Chill 2 hours, and slice.

Mexican Cream Cheese Appetizers 1 package of 8-10 inch flour tortillas (use wheat if you prefer) 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1 package of taco seasoning mix 1 small can of green chilies, drained a bit Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning & green chilies in a large bowl until fully combined. Spread some of the mixture on each tortilla & roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap & chill over-night. Slice when ready to serve, place on large tray & serve with salsa of choice.
