Official Site of the Osborn & Rugh Gallery. Hillary Osborn and Doug Rugh are a husband and wife team who share gallery space at Queen's Buyway in the historic part of Falmouth, MA near the Village Green on Cape Cod. The gallery doubles as a working studio and the public is welcome to visit and watch landscape and portrait paintings in progress and view recently completed works.
