    Cake Mix Sugar Cookies: 1 box Cake Mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything together and scoop heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Let cook completely before frosting. Cookies should be soft so make sure you don't over bake.
