Following graduation a father handed his daughter a bag with a copy of "Oh the Places You'll Go," by Dr Seuss in it. At first she just smiled and said that she loved that book. But he told her "No, open it up." ...On the first page she saw a short paragraph written by her kindergarten teacher. He told her "Every year, for the past 13 years, since the day you started kindergarten I've gotten every teacher, coach and principal to write a little something about you inside this book."

I have never seen a quilt that has the clothes still in their shapes! Memory Quilt Custom Made with Baby Clothes - 1st Year Quilt.

take a picture of your child each year against a blank wall and then use photoshop elements to list the things that your child loves most at that time

SO doing this for my kiddos someday... send "Oh, the Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss each year on the last day of school. Don't tell your kids and let them read 13 years of messages on their graduation day!

Secretly have every teacher (from Pre-k to senior year) sign this book, and give to your child as a surprise on their graduation. This is just perfect.

I AM SO DOING THIS! "Following my high school graduation ceremony my dad handed me a bag with a copy of Oh the Places You’ll Go, by Doctor Seuss inside. I open it up and on the first page I see a short paragraph written by none other than my kindergarten teacher. My dad tells me “Every year, for the past 13 years, since the day you started kindergarten I’ve gotten every teacher, coach, and principal to write a little something about you inside this book." oh parents, do this!
