Baked Garlic & Dijon Salmon - this was a hit! I didnt have any dijon, so I used a slightly smaller amount of German mustard and a teaspoon of brown sugar. I also did not have any fresh parsley, so I just used a couple basil leaves. Can't wait to try the unmodified recipe!   My boyfriend loved this, and so did I! It was super easy, and super quick. Definitely a keeper!
