Cook the noodles for about 3 minutes just to get them limp, mix all ingredients together and put in oven covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Stir and replace cover after about 30 minutes. Not the "cleanest" recipe but Delish! 253 calories for 1/8 of the pan. 22.3 g of protein and 4.8 g of fat!
