Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray. 2 Place green beans on prepared baking pan, Sprinkle seasonings and parmesan cheese evenly over green beans. 4. Place green beans in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy!

Oven-Fried Parmesan Zucchini. Easy to make: just slice your zucchini, dip in milk (sounds weird, but it works), then dip in mixture: 1 cup breadcrumb/ 1 cup parmesan cheese/ 1 tsp garlic salt/ pinch of pepper. You can also make a dipping sauce: 1 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce (add more for a kick). Enjoy!
