I was looking for salami recipes orginally, and came across this method plus the little fridge thing. I LOVE this! Now I need to figure out everything I'll need to do to convert an old fridge... not only into a cold storage for making various sausages, but also to make a cold smoker.... Saw that on Alton Brown once..... Ahh.... dreams.
