Because of his special rapport with nature, St. Francis of Assisi is a welcome figure in any garden. This beautiful garden sculpture depicts St. Francis with one hand holding his staff, the other cradling a bowl for his visiting bird friends.

If I could get a statue like this with a space or hole to plant a vine (even if I drill my own) this would be an interesting feature in the garden just to watch the 'hair' grow!
