    Apple "Nachos"!...There’s really no end to the different ways you could make these. Try different kinds of nut butters, honey, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce or even icing if you’re trying to get crazy. Add raisins or other dried fruits, fresh blueberries, sliced grapes, M&Ms, coconut, shaved chocolate….GO CRAZY WITH TOPPINGS! Mix some sliced pears in with the apples or try sliced bananas instead.

    Apple Nachos What you’ll need: 5 apples, sliced 1/2 cup of peanut butter, melted chocolate chips to taste sliced or chopped almonds to taste

APPLE NACHOS 3 apples 1 tsp lemon juice 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup pecans 1/4 cup flaked coconut 1/4 cup chocolate chips Sliced up apples. Loaded Nachos - Delicious. Nachos...the greatest thing ever invented!! Ingredients: 4-5 cups tortilla chips 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced 1 Roma tomato, diced 1/2 cup canned black beans 1/2 cup refried beans 1/3 cup corn kernels 1/4 cup green chilis Pickled jalapeños, for serving

Caramel Apple Nachos ~ It's simple, delicious, and you can add as many (or as few) toppings as you'd like.

Nacho chips have a suprisingly low fibre content, so had them with cheddar cheese, peeled seeded tomatoes and then added some cilantro leaves after it was cooked. I accompanied with leftover salmon skewer meat for the extra protein.
