    Healthy PB&J Oatmeal (uses protein powder) - My review: Never added protein powder to oatmeal before. Not sure I'm going to again. Felt a bit like I was eating drywall plaster - very gummy. Thank goodness the addition of PB&J made this edible. Perhaps my healthy foods palate needs to be more developed, but for now, I might just omit the protein powder as I think the original concept is pretty good. ~ Lisa Twinmomma

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal -- Also made this for brunch & it was yummy and super fast to make! If you're making it for 2, double everything (except the banana) so you have enough. And add more milk at the end to make it creamy & some brown sugar to sweeten it. I skipped the blueberries since I didn't have any and it still tasted great.
