Whole Grain No-Knead Sourdough Bread from Nourished Kitchen- ".in case you have a hankering for an easy artisan-style bread that’s flavorful, chewy, airy and with a crisp, thin crust.

Since I didn't have all the ingredients or the ability to measure a deciliter my modified version was:  1/2 cup wheat flour  1/2 cup white flour  1 cup flax and chia seeds (mostly flax, which was ground)  1/2 cup oats  4 tablespoons olive oil  1 teaspoon salt  about a half cup water.    This is probably the best way I've found to eat flax seeds.  Although I suspect pumpkin seeds would be tastier.
