Kale Smoothie With Pineapple and Banana. The original recipe calls for 1/2 coconut milk (I used 1 14oz. can), 1/2 cup water (I'd use ice), 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple, 1 ripe banana, and 2 cups kale or spinach. I also added the juice from 1 lime and 1/2 - 1 tsp. powdered ginger root. You could also use grated fresh ginger. The recipe was delicious!!
