    TO DIE FOR! Cilantro Lime Chicken Enchiladas with Avocado cream sauce - I used 4 grilled chicken breasts seasoned with Montreal Chicken Seasoning, and then added 1 tsp chili powder and the zest of one lime to the avocado sauce.

    I was raised making them stacked but I make my sauce from scratch... I can live off these!!! XD

    True Marta, I use ground turkey when I want to add meat and I use corn tortillas and I no longer fry them like I used to when I was younger
