Lemon Ice 1 cup sugar 4 cups boiling water 3/4 c. lemon concentrate 1 T. lemon zest. (Add juice from the lemon to the water). Dissolve sugar in boiling water for 5 min. Add lemon concentrate , zest and cool. Freeze in a tray (I use a 11X9 casserole dish), stirring every now and then so it doesn't freeze solid.
