Herb infused honey: Okay, so when I went to Rovinj, in Croatia, they had jars of honey with mad apricots in them, and they were the shit. And in my pansy aromatherapy book, they have a few mentions of infusing herbs in honey for sore throats and stuff, especially sage and thyme. Oh, and I did a vanilla honey once that was pretty good.
