OMG I want these in my mouth. Lol. Stuffed Mini-sweet pepper 1 lb. mini sweet peppers (about 22-24 peppers) 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 t garlic powder 1 t seasoned salt 1 1/2 C shredded, sharp cheddar cheese 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Bake @ 350 for 20 mins!
Zucchini Patties: 3c zucchini, grated,1/3 c parmesan cheese, grated, 1c biscuit mix, 1 egg, beaten, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 tsp italian seasoning salt & pepper, to taste. 1. Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls into hot skillet with 1/4" oil in it. Note: I like using Canola oil myself. 2. Fry on each side until golden brown.
