Dr Suess Week - Dipped Oreo and dipped marshmallow = Cat in the hat hats!

Seuss snack dipped an Oreo cookie in melted white chocolate. Allow them to dry. Then dip both ends of a large marshmallow in melted red chocolate melts and stick on top of Oreo.

Not only is the Seuss theme cute, but I really like the general muffin tin idea.
