    Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding. 6 stale cinnamon rolls 6 eggs 3 c milk 1/3 c sugar 1 tvanilla Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray 2 1/2 QT casserole dish with cooking spray. Crumble cinnamon rolls into dish. whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour evenly over the cinnamon rolls. Let mixture sit for about 20 minutes to allow the eggs/milk to soak in. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until set. adjustable. Think one egg and 1/2 cup milk for each cinnamon roll.

    Peppered Sausage Gravy and Biscuits from Food.com: This recipe I found from the Pillsbury site. I made a few changes and it was a hit with my hubby and friends at the lake. Alittle different from most breakfast gravies I have noticed.
