Dried fruit and nuts (the amount depends on how chunky you want it and the kinds are up to your taste – I used a small handful of raisins, dried figs, walnuts, and pine nuts

3 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup organic almond milk 2 tbsp dried unsulphured organic cranberries 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp all spice 1/8 tsp cardamon 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 drops liquid stevia diced strawberries, raspberries & blueberries for toppings raw almonds, cashews & sunflower seeds for toppings (preferably soaked over night) fresh mint as garnish or topping

breakfast quinao. Made this last night - replaced sugar with honey and added a lot more cinnamon. So good!
