Cpl Jennifer Parcell was a Lioness with IIIMEF. At 20 years old on Feb 7, 2007, she died while supporting combat operations in Anbar province, Iraq. It was her relentless “I can do everything” attitude they say that led her to volunteer to go to Iraq and then to be part of the Lioness program. Master Sgt Jerry Widner said, “She was an absolute firecracker. A Marine who loved what she was doing and knew she was making a difference."
