only need a tablespoon per load (we just use the oxy scoop) and it smells so good! Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase another laundry detergent brand. This has inspired me to make more homemade cleaning products :) very exciting! Laundry soap recipe - 20.00 for 9+ months' worth of soap...

DIY laundry soap. One batch lasts an entire year & costs around $11 dollars to make! so easy & you can add laundry softener crystals to make it smell amazing! This stuff really works! Great for sensitive skin too!

Orange peels, vinegar in a quart jar, let sit for 10 days or so...strain out the liquid and use as an all-purpose cleaner. via Homestead Survival #facebook

Unclog drain- grandma Pat kept this recipe taped inside the kitchen cupboard. Totally works! I have needed to use more vinegar after initial 1C.

1 Container with an airtight lid. 4 sponges cut in half 1 cup of your favorite fabric softener 2 c water Mix water & fabric softener into a plastic container. Add cut sponges. When ready to use, squeeze the excess liquid from 1 sponge & place in dryer with your wet clothes.. Once complete place the now dry sponge back into the container of liquid for use next time. Clothes smell good, are soft and have no static just like the expensive non-reusable dryer sheets
