    Quinoa Lentil Burger - This is a great burger with lots of flavor. I added some extra ingredients such as red chile seasoning. I doubled the green chiles in it and put double the amount of onions, some diced green bell peppers, and some diced celery. I used coconut oil instead of olive oil as well. It was an 8 out of 10 of spicy goodness.

I made these tonight and they were delicious! I cooked the quinoa in beef broth & a little water, and subbed low fat ricotta for the cottage cheese, subbed garbanzo bean flour for the AP flour. Definitely a keeper recipe!
