Caramelized Brussel Sprouts - even if your not a fan of brussels, this recipe will make you one!
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts -- thinly sliced, seared in olive oil and garlic, caramelized with brown sugar, and tossed with toasted pecans.  heat olive oil over medium high & saute garlic for 30 seconds  add brussels sprouts and saute for 4-5 minutes, until bright green & tender  toss with sea salt & brown sugar, then add toasted walnuts or pecans.
