Crab Rangoon I have made these. Only difference I have pinched all for corners together, the way you usually see them in a restaurant. Eating them while they are hot and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside is fantastic.
Beefy Mac and Cheese 1 8oz elbow macaroni 1 can purred tomotoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 small can tomato paste 4 cups low fat cheese 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey Use whatever spices you like in the tomato sauce (garlic, some sea salt, oregano and basil). Brown meat and drain. Boil pasta. Heat all the tomato sauces in a pot and add your spices. Mix meat, pasta, & sauce in a large lasagna pan. Mix in two cups of cheese..stir well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 375 for 30-40 min.
