Coconut Cookies - Martha Stewart Recipes - tested recipe on 4.7.2013. Very good. Cookies were not super sweet (which is a good thing). Baked cookies for 15-18 minutes. Next time I will add toasted pecans to give the cookies a deeper flavor. This recipe is a winner.
