amen. we live in a world where we are told it's wrong to eat when we are hungry and feel guilty when we do. Eating the right food fuels our bodies. We need to revolutionize the way we think about food.

Good to know when bikini season comes around or that time of the month when I need this most!

I felt so lousy these past few days, so I put on my headphones and went for a run

Half of me still doesn't believe it. But the other half of me runs four miles and loves it and tells the first half of me to shut up.

Being a runner does"t mean just doing cardio. You need to strength train you muscles as well. These three simple moves are an awesome way to start toning up and ultimatly running faster, longer, and further!

I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!
