Here’s a refreshing summer drink that’s sweet and spicy. In a small saucepan, combine jalapenos, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and cover to steep. Strain out jalapeno and cool. In a blender, combine watermelon, lemon juice, iced tea, jalapeno syrup and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into highballs glasses over ice and garnish each with a jalapeno slice. Serve immediately.
