I had this Baked Pineapple at a restaurant a few years ago, and it made me moan, it was so good. It's a baked pineapple, stuffed with coconut, crushed gingersnaps, macadamia nuts, sweetened condensed milk and a bit of rum. Tastes like Hawaii on a plate.
Peach Cobbler: One stick marg, melted in pan 9x13 pan. One large can peaches (Undrained) placed on top of melted marg. Mix 1 c. self rise flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk. pour over peaches in pan. sprinkle with nutmeg. 350 for 45+ mins or until done. Couldn't be easier. Great with ice cream or whipping cream. I've made this for many years.
Honey Bun Cake! 1 yellow cake mix 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups powdered sugar 3/4 cup oil 1 Tablespoon cinnamon 4 Tablespoons milk 4 eggs 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract 8 oz sour cream Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and sour cream by hand, about 50 strokes. Put half the batter in 9 x 13 pan. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and spread over entire cake. Spread the rest of the batter on top of this. Use a knife to make swirls in the cake. Lemon cake! So moist and easy to make! Mix a lemon cake mix with a can of lemon pudding and 4 eggs. Thats it! The frosting is fabulous too. Hand down my kids favorite cake. Made it yesterday for my daughters birthday!
