Fab book shelves, love black walls and patterned carpet.... Pretty much like everything in this room.

I want to do this in a wide hall leading to a new space above our garage.

I really like the glass cut-out office interior windows.

The question is whether to leave the rafters open or not (there'd be lots of nails to hide...) Just the diagonal walls, not the vertical walls. And I'd make it look a little more finished. Hm.

These would be amazing. Floor would be nice and open, the books are still easily accessible but cleaner, and they could all be great facades for posters/kid's art.
