Pumpkin Dip (use vegan cream cheese)....I'm not a big fan of pumpkin, but I liked this OK. Others liked it more though. I didn't have brown sugar, so I used 1/2 Sucanat and 1/2 Splenda. Vegan cream cheese tastes kind of like fat free regular cream cheese (not much flavor), so I added a dash of lemon juice.
Lemon- or lime-inspired dessert, like these elegant bite-sized lemon bars. Serve stacked on a footed platter or cake plate for a sophisticated touch.
