    Fabulous ceviche recipe! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ceviche!

    Ceviche. I made it tonight and it is now my favorite recipe of ALL TIME.


    Shrimp, Roasted Corn & Avocado Salad- SO YUMMY- ignore the times it gives for cooking though. Also cook the corn on med, med/high because high is WAY too high. And you won't need all the salad dressing for the amount of salad it makes so maybe add more romain
