The Roast Of Christmas Past (Classic Pot Roast) This is a classic pot roast with vegetables cooked in a savory cranberry sauce. I thought the addition of cranberry sauce to the gravy was unique and quite appropriate for the holiday season!! I was NOT disappointed!! This pot roast was tender and full of delicious flavor!!
