Easy Pad Thai (Blogger lived in Thailand and said it's closer to authentic than take out) (Stove) - Rice noodles, brown sugar, lime juice, soy sauce, Sriracha (optional), vegetable oil, green onions, minced garlic, eggs (optional), cilantro and salted peanuts. (Double the sauce per the comments)

Very easy pad thai, no weird ingredients or hot peppers. Flavored with brown sugar, fresh lime juice, soy sauce (2:3:3 respectively) >>> I added marinated stir fry beef, sesame oil and fish sauce. It was so delish!

Easy pad thai recipe. I love mine with shrimp! I always need more sauce than what the recipe calls for, so I throw in extra soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice.
