Hot Chicken Salad Casserole. I've had a similar recipe since I got married in 1978. My recipe doesn't call for pimentos but the rest is the same. Over the years I've found that using any left over chicken, or using rotisserie chicken pulled off the bones is a quick way to keep it easy!
