Roasted Radishes - I made these this evening and I was SHOCKED at how good they were. I don't really like radishes much, but roasted they tastes like little potatoes more than radishes.

Quick dip (not deep) radish slices. Dust them with all spice, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, sugar and ground coriander seeds. Healthy and super tasty snacks.

Roasted Radishes One bunch radishes washed, trimmed and halved... Three stalks celery w/ leaves..olive oil...Sea salt...pepper Cut radishes in half. Cut celery into 1" pieces. Toss w oil, s & p on baking sheet. roast at 500 deg 10-12 min
