Excellent!  I increased sugar to 1/2 c. and added 1/2 c. extra liquid, with half of it as rice milk.  Huge hit!

Breakfast cookie / I use this recipe for a base and add or sub dried fruit for blueberries i.e. dried cranberries... also add chia seeds for omega 3s and protein as well as a 1/4 cup peanut butter.  I spread them in a 9x11 baking dish and cut up as bars.... fabulous!
