Sweet & Sour Pork: Brown the roast (2-3 lbs) on all sides. Put in crockpot and mix all ingredients (1 cup granulated sugar, ½ cup white vinegar, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp ketchup, 20-oz crushed pineapple drained). Cook on low 4-6 hours.

Crockpot Ribs- Two Words... THE BEST.  So easy and amazingly delicious! Came out really flavorful and very tender. Meat fell off the bones. Pleasantly surprised how easy they were to make.

Crockpot-BBQ-Ribs Wonderful Dry Spice and then baste in BBQ sauce after. Calls for grill but I baked mine 10 mins per side at 350 when I got to the sauce stage instead.
