1/4 cup Baking soda
2 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Instant yeast
1 tsp Salt

1 Kosher or pretzel salt to top rolls

Homemade pretzel rolls! The recipe makes a ton, but they freeze great for about 2 weeks. Just prepare them all of the way up until they're ready to be baked, and just put the par-boiled dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and then into the freezer, once frozen transfer to a freezer bag. Voila, fresh tasting pretzel rolls in minutes!

Amazing Pretzel Rolls Buns. Made these for the super bowl because I couldn't find any in the stores. Not hard at all. The recipe does not tell you to grow your yeast in the warm water first, but DO IT! The recipe won't work other wise. I also did an egg wash before I sprinkled on the sea salt and put them in in the oven.
